Topless Woman Leads Deputy On Chase

According to the Huffington Post,35 year old Mandy Ramsey told authorities that when a deputy tried to pull her over for speeding, she did not stop because she was driving topless! The arrest reports states that when a deputy in Marion County Forida attempted to pull a speeding pick-up truck on Saturday, the vehicle allegedly turned onto another street & sped away! Officials later found Ramsey at her home, swimming! Deputies say she admitted that she had been driving, claiming that she had been driving topless & didn’t want to be pulled over while half-naked. She says she was driving topless because she was on her way to surprise her boyfriend.
