The robbery happened at 3:30 pm Monday in the Juniata section of the city. The victim is a 51 year old woman, who was beaten during the robbery with household items, including a plunger, & had a potted plant thrown at her head.The 10 year old is charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Conspiracy, Criminal Trespass, Possession of an Instrument of Crime,Theft, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Robbery & Burglary. Investigators tell Action News they are looking for at least 2 more suspects between the ages of 7 & 9!
