In this disturbing video, a 9-year-old boy punching, kicking, and biting babies at a daycare in Vicksburg, Mississippi. According to officials the babies suffered several bruises, but were treated and released from the hospital.

Later that day the father of the two children (Jamie Williams) who were abused came back to the daycare to confront the children. In a rage he slaps the wrong boy and was arrested and charged with simple assault.
