13 year old caught speeding from cops

According to www.6abc.com, The New Jersey boy is charged with eluding & has been ticketed for being an unlicensed driver, operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, reckless driving, driving without headlights & failing to observe a red signal. Police tried to stop the boy after he pulled out of a parking lot with the headlights off around 11:45 pm on Thursday. The teen crashed his father’s car into a tree ending the chase!
