Police arrested 54 year old Stan Nguyen on Friday as he accused the repairman of destroying his air conditioning unit & charging him $109 dollars. At one point, Nguyen attempted to fire his safety locked weapon at the ground. When the gun did not fire, the homeowner removed the safety, forcing his hired repairman to take cover
