‘Moesha’ star Yvette Wilson Dead at 48

Yvette Wilson, who played Andell Wilkerson, on the hit show ‘Moesha‘, passed away yesterday after a battle with cervical cancer and kidney failure. The actress was 48. Wilson’s cancer was stage 4 and she had recently been diagnosed with kidney failure. In recent months, online efforts had begun in order to raise funds for Wilson’s medical bills.
