Jay-Z will be headlining and securing acts for a two-day concert coming to the City of Brotherly Love over Labor Day Weekend.
Nearly 30 artists “that embody the American spirit” will be performing across three stages on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park on Saturday, Sept. 1, and Sunday, Sept. 2.
“We could not be more excited, and I’m pleased to announce that we will have a two-day festival here in Philadelphia the 1st and 2nd of September right out on the parkway featuring Jay-Z,” Nutter told the crowd.
Tickets for the “Budweiser Made in America” music festival go on sale on May 23 through Ticketmaster.com and Livenation.com . A limited number of two-day tickets will be available for $99 (plus service charges).
