Student At Catholic High School Banned From Prom For Having No Date

17 year old Amanda Dougherty was getting ready for her junior prom when her date backed out at the last minute!Not only was she left dateless, School administrators at Archbishop John Carroll High School alerted her that a rule by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia banned students from attending the dance without a date.
