Toddler Taken To ER After Dad Discovers Him Stumbling!

The toddler’s father brought his son to the ER after he had difficulty walking. His blood alcohol level was .09, which is above the legal limit for adults. Natasha Kriener, age-26, allegedly gave her son alcohol causing him to become drunk.
